Land Acquired for Limited Access Road (State Highway No. 30) in Whakatane District Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for limited access road and has become road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette. Schedule South Auckland Land District 872 square metres, situated in Block I, Whakatane Survey District, being part Parish of Rangitaiki Lot 28B4B; as shown marked ``A'' on S.O.
