Land Acquired and Land Set Apart in Whakatane District Pursuant to Parts II and III of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton: (a) Pursuant to section 20, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in The Whakatane District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette. (b) Pursuant to section 52, declares the land described in the Second Schedule hereto to be set apart for road and shall vest in The Whakatane District Council.
