Land Acquired for Road Corner Parkhill and Haumoana Roads, Hastings District Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Napier, declares an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is acquired for road and shall vest in The Hastings District Council on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette. Schedule Hawke's Bay Land District 223 square metres, being part Lot 1, D.P. 6280 (part certificate of title 95/57); shown marked ``A'' on S.O. 10521, which is held in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Napier.
