Cancellation of the Vesting in The Ruapehu District Council and Revocation of the Reservation over a Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Tongariro/Taupo Regional Conservator of the Department of Conservation, hereby cancels the vesting in The Ruapehu District Council and revokes the reservation as a local purpose (county depot) reserve over the land described in the Schedule hereto.
