Cancellation of Vesting of Quarry Reserve (Te Kopia Road) in the Rotorua District Council Pursuant to section 27 (1) of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator for the Bay of Plenty Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby cancels the vesting in the Rotorua District Council, of the quarry reserve described in the Schedule hereto.
