Vesting of Reserve in The Kaipara District Council Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Department of Conservation, Northland, hereby vests the areas known as Whenuanui Domain described in the Schedule hereto, in The Kaipara District Council in trust for the purposes specified at the end of the respective descriptions of the said reserves.
