Revocation of the Appointment to Control and Manage a Reserve of the Takamatua Reserve Board, Vesting of a Reserve in the Banks Peninsula District Council Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Canterbury, hereby revokes the appointment of the Takamatua Reserve Board to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, and further, vests the said reserve in The Banks Peninsula District Council in trust for a recreation reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act. Schedule Canterbury Land District Banks Peninsula District Takamatua Recreation Reserve 2807 square metres, being Reserve 189, all New Zealand Gazette 1914, page 1161, S.O. 5086. 7944 square metres, being Lot 1, on Deposited Plan 11774.
