Land Acquired for Railway Purposes in Waipa District Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for railway purposes and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette. Schedule South Auckland Land District 672 square metres, situated in Block VI, Puniu Survey District, being part Allotment 238, Mangapiko Parish; as shown marked ``A'' on S.O.
