Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Hawke's Bay Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for the purposes of the improvement and protection of the Tutaekuri River over the land, described in the Schedule hereto and further declares that the said land, once the reservation is revoked, shall be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948. Schedule Hawke's Bay Land District Napier City 15.1312 hectares, more or less, being Section 1, S.O. Plan 10532 (part Suburban Section 85, Meeanee, shown on S.O.
