Amending a Notice Realigning Road in Waikato District Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, hereby amends the notice dated the 12th day of August 1993, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 19 August 1993, No. 124 at page 2477 realigning road in Waikato District by inserting ``subject to Joint Family Home Settlement H. 534114,'' between ``61,'' and ``South'' in paragraph (b) (i).
