Land Acquired for Road (Newbury Line) in the Manawatu District Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wanganui, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice, is hereby acquired for a road and vested in The Manawatu District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
