TIZARD, Governor-General A PROCLAMATION Pursuant to section 320 of the Maori Land Act 1993, and in accordance with a recommendation made by the Maori Land Court to the Minister of Transport, I, Dame Catherine Anne Tizard, the Governor-General of New Zealand declare that the land comprised in the roadway described in the Schedule hereto, shall be road.
