Notice is hereby given that by virtue of section 439 of the the Maori Affairs Act 1953, and pursuant to a recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a wahi tapu for the common use and benefit of Te Whanau Moana and Te Roro-Huri Hapu of Ngatikahu. The reservation is to be known as Te Iwi-Wehea Wahi Tapu Reserve.
