An Easement Over Land, Acquired in Connection With aLimited Access Road, in Rodney District Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, a right of way easement in perpetuity over the land described in the Schedule hereto vesting in Her Majesty the Queen and her heirs, successors and assigns the rights and powers set forth in the first paragraph of the Seventh Schedule of the Land Transfer Act 1952, is hereby acquired, in connection with a limited access road, and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette and the said easement shall be forever appurtenant to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto. First Schedule North Auckland Land District 288 square metres, being part Section 2, S.O. Plan 65221; shown marked ``C'' on S.O. Plan 65221, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland. Second Schedule North Auckland Land District 463 square metres, being Section 1 on S.O. Plan 65221 and being all the land in certificate of title No. 82C/411 of the North Auckland Land Registry.
