Amending Notice Re-aligning Road (State Highway No. 54) at Te Arakura, Manawatu District Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wanganui, hereby amends the notice dated the 30th day of June 1994, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 14 July 1994, No. 70, page 2297, re-aligning road (State Highway No. 54) at Te Arakura, Manawatu District, by deleting from the First Schedule the words and figures: ``(All parts Gazette notice B. 313057.1)'' and substituting in their plaace: ``(All parts Gazette notice B. 313057.4)''.
