Land Acquired for National Park Purposes Horse Bush, Opunake Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, New Plymouth, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for National Park purposes and shall vest in the Crown pursuant to section 9 (1) of the National Parks Act 1980, on the date of publication of this declaration in the New Zealand Gazette.
