Declaring Land Acquired for Local Purpose Reserve in the Central Otago District Pursuant to sections 20 (1) and 50 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Dunedin, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for a local purpose reserve and shall vest in The Central Otago District Council on the 18th day of August 1994.
