Amending a Notice Acquiring Land for Limited Access Road (State Highway No. 1) Porirua City Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wanganui, hereby amends the notice dated the 20th day of June 1994, acquiring land for limited access road, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 23 June 1994, No. 62 at page 2092 by: (a) deleting the certificate of title number ``888/80'' in the Schedule and substituting it with ``873/90'', and (b) deleting the certificate of title number ``873/90'' in the Schedule and substituting it with ``888/80''.
