Revocation of the Appointment to Control and Manage a Reserve and Revocation of the Reservation of That Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator for the Otago Conservancy, hereby revokes the appointment of the Scout Association of New Zealand to control and manage the reserve, and further, revokes the reservation as a local purpose reserve (site for a scout hall) over the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
