Amending a Notice Acquiring an Easement for a Telecommunications Installation (Waimarino Microwave) in Ruapehu District Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wanganui, hereby amends the notice, dated the 3rd day of May 1994, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 5 May 1994, No. 42, page 1579, acquiring an easement for a telecommunications installation, by deleting the words and figures ``for a telecommunications installation'' and ``and to vest in the Crown on the 5th day of May 1994'' where they respectively appear.
