Declaration that Land is a Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the East Coast Regional Conservator of the Department of Conservation, notifies that the following resolution was passed by The Wairoa District Council on the 17th day of May 1994: ``That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, The Wairoa District Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the said council in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby declared to be a local purpose (recreation and community facilities) reserve within the meaning of the said Act.'' Schedule Hawke's Bay Land District Wairoa District 4.7800 hectares, more or less, being Section 1, S.O. 10489, situated in Block V, Clyde Survey District.
