Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve, Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How the Proceeds of Sale May Be Utilised Recreation Reserve Otumoetai Road Pursuant to section 24 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Bay of Plenty Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation over the recreation reserve described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by The Tauranga District Council at current market value, in such manner and on such terms and conditions as the council shall determine, the proceeds from sale to be paid into the council's reserves account, with such moneys to be used towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the council, or towards the purchase of other land for public reserve. Schedule South Auckland Land District Tauranga District 1861 square metres, more or less, being Lot 13, D.P. 34679, situated in Block X, Tauranga Survey District.
