Land in Waikato District Acquired for Granting as Compensation Pursuant to sections 20 and 21 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for granting as compensation and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette. Schedule South Auckland Land District 1314 square metres, situated in Block III, Hamilton Survey District, being part Lot 1, D.P. S. 61421; as shown marked ``D'' on S.O.
