Amending a Notice Acquiring an Easement in Rangitikei District Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington, hereby amends the notice dated the 10th day of June 1994, No. 58, page 1980, acquiring an easement in Rangitikei District by deleting ``for post office telecommunication installation'' and ``and to vest in Her Majesty the Queen'' from the first paragraph.
