Land Acquired in Connection with a Road in Taupo District Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired in connection with a road, and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof, in the New Zealand Gazette. Schedule Wellington Land District 5.2765 hectares, situate in the District of Taupo, being Section 1 on Survey Office Plan 36553. All certificate of title No. 39B/292.
