Land Notices
Land Declared to be Road, Road Stopped and Land Severed by Road Smith Road Tararua District Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Napier: (a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to be road, and shall vest in The Tararua District Council. (b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117 (3), declares the road described in the Second Schedule to be stopped and further declares: (i) Areas marked ``I'' and ``J'' (now known as Sections 1 and 2, S.O. 10423, respectively) shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 108/82, subject to mortgages 455486.1 and 524775.4. (ii) Area marked ``K'' (now known as Section 3, S.O. 10423) shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title P3/318, subject to mortgage 520920.1. (iii) Area marked ``L'' (now known as Section 4, S.O. 10423) shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title M4/1302, subject to mortgage 556592.2. (iv) Area marked ``M'' (now known as Section 5, S.O. 10423) shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title P2/295, subject to mortgage 570705.1. (v) Area marked ``N'' (now known as Section 6, S.O. 10423) shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title L1/907. (vi) Area marked ``O'' (now known as Section 7, S.O. 10423) shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title P2/296, subject to mortgage 556592.2. (vii) Area marked ``V'' (now known as Section 14, S.O. 10423) shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title E4/136, subject to 410435.1 joint family home settlement. (c) Declares the land described in the Third Schedule to be taken under section 119 (1) and further declares: (i) Areas marked ``Q'' and ``R'' (now known as Sections 9 and 10, S.O. 10423 respectively) shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title P3/318, subject to mortgage 520920.1. (ii) Areas marked ``S and T'' (now known as Sections 11 and 12, S.O. 10423 respectively) shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title M4/1302, subject to mortgage 556592.2. (iii) Area marked ``U'' (now known as Section 13, S.O. 10423) shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title L1/907.
