Fourth Schedule Easements in Gross for a Right to Convey Electricity and Telephonic Communications The rights and powers being the same as the rights and powers implied in and attaching to a ``right to convey water'' as set out in the Seventh Schedule of the Land Transfer Act 1952 with ``the right to lay pipes'' being replaced by ``the right to lay cables''.
