Land Acquired for Road (State Highway No. 2) and for a Local Purpose (Segregation) Reserve in Hauraki District Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares that agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette, and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for a local purpose (segregation) reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and shall vest in The Hauraki District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
