Land in Waipa District Acquired for Road Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in The Waipa District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette. Schedule South Auckland Land District 1649 square metres, situated in Block IV, Pirongia Survey District, being part Lot 1, D.P. S. 29001; as shown marked ``A'' on S.O.
