Notice Setting Apart General Land as a Maori Reservation Pursuant to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori freehold lands described in the Schedule hereto, are hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of gathering food plants and medicinal plants with a prohibition against grazing or bush felling for the common use and benefit of Ngati Tuwharetoa and Ngati Raukawa. Schedule South Auckland Land District All those pieces of land situated in Blocks III, IV, VII, VIII and XII, Marotiri S.D., Blocks III and V, Tuhingamata West S.D. and Blocks XV and XVI, Whakamaru S.D. and described as follows: Area ha Being 70.000 23.000 Part Waipapa 9 and being parts of the order cancelling several titles and substituting 1 title of the Maori Land Court dated 20 June 1991.
