Shipley Presiding in council Pursuant to section 182 (2) of the Rating Powers Act 1988, Her Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand, acting on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court and with the consent of the Rotorua District Council, hereby exempts the Maori freehold land described in the attached Schedule from liability for the payment of rates.
