Land Acquired for Road in Waipa District Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in The Waipa District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette. Schedule South Auckland Land District 260 square metres, situated in Block III, Maungatautari Survey District, being part Lot 1, D.P. 8335; as shown marked ``C'' on S.O.
