Reservation of Land Pursuant to section 167 of the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Conservation, with the consent of the Minister of Lands, hereby sets apart the lands described in the Schedule hereto, as reserves for the purposes specified at the end of the respective descriptions of the said lands, subject to the provisions of the said Act. Schedule Nelson Land District Tasman District 32.0000 hectares, more or less, being Section 1, S.O. Plan 15147, situated in Block V, Pakawau Survey District (Government purpose (wildlife management) reserve). 51.0000 hectares, more or less, being Section 2, S.O.
