Crown Land Set Apart for Road (State Highway No. 1) at Waiotu in the Whangarei District Pursuant to section 52 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland, declares the land described in the Schedule to be set apart for road which, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of State Highway No. 1, and which shall remain vested in the Crown.
