Road Stopped in Otorohanga District Pursuant to Parts III and VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton: (a) Pursuant to section 116, declares the pieces of road described in the Schedule hereto to be stopped. (b) Pursuant to section 117, declares that: (i) The area of stopped road firstly described, now known as Section 1, S.O. 47135, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 22B/763, subject to memorandum of mortgage H. 932906.2, South Auckland Land Registry. (ii) The area of stopped road secondly described, now known as Section 2, S.O. 47135, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 49D/163, South Auckland Land Registry. (iii) The area of stopped road thirdly described shall be dealt with as Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948. (c) Pursuant to section 52, declares the said land thirdly described to be set apart for Waitomo Stream Bed.
