Amending a Notice Realigning Road in Thames-Coromandel District Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, hereby amends the notice dated the 10th day of December 1993, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 16 December 1993, No. 181, page 3764, realigning road in Thames-Coromandel District by deleting ``statutory land charges S. 629942 and H. 504814 and to'' from paragraph (d) (ii).
