Land to be Acquired for Recreation Reserve, Land to be Declared Crown Land, and Land Declared to be Road in the District of Marlborough Pursuant to Parts II, III and VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Blenheim: (a) Pursuant to section 20, declares the land described in the First Schedule to be acquired for a recreation reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977. (b) Pursuant to section 42 (3), declares the land described in the Second Schedule to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948, and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette. (c) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the Third Schedule to be road and vested in The Marlborough District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
