Classification of Reserve Pursuant to section 16 (2a) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Kapiti Coast District Council hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, as a local purpose reserve (road) subject to the provisions of the said Act: Schedule Wellington Land District Kapiti District 46 square metres, more or less, being Lots 3, 4 and 5, D.P. 56472, situated in Blocks V and IX, Kaitawa Survey District.
