(b) Pursuant to sections 117 and 120 (3), the road described in the Schedule now known as Section 1, S.O. 9337, when stopped, to be vested in Frederick Cowan Thomason and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume G3/192, subject to memoranda of mortgage 269202 and 307081 and certificate 171537.
