Declaring Land to be Held for Conservation Purposes Pursuant to section 7 (1) of the Conservation Act 1987, the Minister of Conservation and the Minister of Lands and Forestry, being the Ministers responsible for the Departments of State that have control of the land, hereby jointly declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, is held for conservation purposes and it shall hereafter be so held.
