Vesting of the Waipango Public Hall Reserve in The Southland District Council Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Southland Regional Conservator, Department of Conservation, hereby vests the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, in The Southland District Council as a local purpose (public hall) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
