Notice Redefining Purposes of a Maori Reservation Pursuant to section 439 (5) (c) of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the purposes for which the Maori reservation in respect of the land described in the Schedule hereto, was created by notice published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 9, page 208, are hereby redefined as for the common use and benefit of the Ngatirangi and Ngatiuenuku sub tribes of the Wainui Tribe, as a Maori Reservation for the purposes of a meeting place, recreation ground and papakainga.
