Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation Notice is hereby given that by virtue of section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, and pursuant to a recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a burial ground or ``urupa'' for the common use and benefit of the Tainui Tribe. Schedule South Auckland Land District All that piece of land situated in Block IX, Kawhia North Survey District and described as follows: Area m Being 864 More or less, part Maketu C2B Block, as created by the Maori Land Court by partition order dated the 3rd day of March 1941.
