Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation Notice is hereby given that by virtue of section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, and pursuant to a recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a burial ground or ``urupa'' for the common use and benefit of the Tainui Tribe.
