Land Acquired in Connection with a Road in Tauranga District Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired in connection with a road, and shall vest in The Tauranga District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette. Schedule South Auckland Land District 1735 square metres, situated in Block X, Tauranga Survey District, being Lot 1, D.P. 35067 and being portion Allotment 543, Section 2, Town of Tauranga.
