Maori Land Development Notice Pursuant to section 21 of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Maori Development hereby gives notice as follows: N o t i c e 1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Wanganui 1994, No. 3. 2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby revoked. 3. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from Part II of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989. Partition order dated 4 October 1977. Also being the land as contained in Provisional Register 278/39. (Note: The land as described above is shown in New Zealand Gazette of 16 June 1980, No. 68, page 1811, as having an area of 745.4371 hectares, but partition order of 4 October 1977 and Provisional Register 278/39, both declare area to be 739.5502 hectares).
