Declaring Land to be Held for Conservation Purposes Pursuant to section 7 (1) of the Conservation Act 1987, the Minister of Conservation and the Minister of Lands, being the Minister responsible for the Department of State that has control of the land, hereby jointly declare that, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is held for conservation purposes, and shall therefore be so held. Schedule Otago Land District Dunedin City 3.8414 hectares, more or less, being Section 1, S.O. 23214, situated in Block III, Waikouaiti Survey District. Subject to a lease under section 67 (2) of the Land Act 1948, to the Dunedin Museum of Transport and Technology for a term of 21 years from 1 July 1977.
