Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation Notice is hereby given that by virtue of section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953 and pursuant to a recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a wahitapu for the common use, benefit and enjoyment of the descendants of NGATIWAI O AOTEA. The reservation is to be known as WHANGAPOUA TUATAHI. Schedule North Auckland Land District All that piece of land situated in Block XVI, Barrier Survey District and described as follows: Area ha Being 30.4780 WHANGAPOUA and being all the land contained in the vesting order of the Maori Land Court dated 21 October 1992.
