Road Realignment at Flock Hill Station on State Highway 73 Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager (Lands and Property), Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch, hereby: (a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto, to be road which, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of State Highway 73 and shall vest in the Crown. (b) Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120, declares the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be stopped and declares that: (i) Areas `B' and `H' shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 6B/573. (ii) Area `C' shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 28B/68. (iii) Area `I' shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 6B/7. (c) Pursuant to section 119 (1), declares the land described in the Third Schedule hereto, to be taken and shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 6B/573.
