The Bible Church Incorporated Notice of Distribution of Surplus Assets Whereas The Bible Church Incorporated was dissolved, pursuant to section 28 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908, on the 24th day of April 1991, and after payment of all known costs, debts and liabilities, the society has surplus assets which cannot be disposed of in accordance with its rules and where, pursuant to section 27 (1) and (3) of the said Act, the Registrar has power to direct the disposal of such assets and to give further directions: Now therefore I, Patricia Anne Harrison, Assistant Registrar of Incorporated Societies, do hereby direct that such assets be disposed of to the South Auckland Bible Church Incorporated.
