The Traffic (Waitomo District) Notice No. 1, 1994 Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, and a delegation from the Minister of Transport, I, Judith Olga Stack, Secretary for Transport give the following notice: N o t i c e This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Waitomo District) Notice No. 1, 1994. The roads specified in the Schedule are declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962. The Traffic (Waitomo District) Notice No. 1, 1992, signed on the 29th day of October 1992*, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, is revoked. Schedule SITUATED within Waitomo District at Pio Pio: No. 3 State Highway (Hamilton-Woodville via New Plymouth): from a point 500 metres measured north-easterly, generally, along the said State highway from Kea Street to a point 300 metres measured south-westerly, generally, along the said State highway from Kaka Street. Kaka Street: from No. 3 State Highway (Hamilton-Woodville via New Plymouth) to Pio Pio - Waitanguru Road. Kea Street: from No. 3 State Highway (Hamilton-Woodville via New Plymouth) to Mairoa Road. Ruru Street: from No. 3 State Highway (Hamilton-Woodville via New Plymouth) to a point 740 metres measured southerly, generally, along Ruru Street from Tui Street.
